Product Description:
Centrifugal composite high-chromium cast iron roll: Eutectic carbide(M7C3) IN THE MATRIX ACCOUNTS FOR 20%-30% and is of interrupted mesh, so the roll has higher wear resistance, and the matrix consists of tempered martensite and austenite, and the wear strength of the roll is increased as the matrix is distributed with tiny dispersed secondary carbides (M7C3, M22C6, M3C) thereon: the Cr2O3-enriched film covered on the surface of the roll has higher oxidation resistance and resistance to plastic deformation. Therefore, this roll is especially suitable for hot rolling of strip steel.
