1..Calcined Pitch coke are made from a mixing material of serval kinds of coal,under a high temperature(1300ºC) process.Pitch coke are widely used for steelmaking,ferroalloys manufacture or non-ferrous metals smelting,iron castings manufacture or other related metallurgical and foundry industry,because of its special physical and chemical characteristics:high strength and fixed carbon content,low sulfur and low volatile matter content.
2.Graphitized Petroleum Coke is made from high quality green petroleum coke,which is under the high temperature process at 2800℃,GPC has the characteristics of high fixed carbon content,low sulfur content,low nitrogen content,high absorb rate.
Application
1) Pitch coke used for steel making,can improve the Carbon content in steel-melting and Ductile iron foundry.
2) Pitch coke Mainly used in steelmaking in electrical stove, screening water, shipbuilding sandblast to remove rust.
3) Can reduce the cost of steelmaking effectively by replacing the traditional petroleum coke of carburant.
4) Graphite Pitch Coke can be used to produce painting, electrode, pitch coke, and tar felt. It also can be used as fuel and the raw material of asphalt carbon black
